Bryan’s Photography | DB Day 4

Hello friends!

I’ll admit I didn’t take any pictures today. Or I suppose I should say any worth posting. So instead of sitting here and writing a couple of paragraphs for you to read without any photos, I decided that I would share with you some of Bryan’s photography – pictures he’s been taking since Sunday when we arrived.

Now let me introduce you to another character. Bryan is my 14-year-old previously mentioned cousin. His mom is the one who lent me her DSLR, and Bryan inherited her skill. Most of the pictures that you’ve seen from Dillon Beach of me, he took. Bryan has allowed me to share with you some of his photographs so far from the trip!

And what happened today? Today was about as relaxing as the rest. The boys played their video games and I tried to get back into the swing of creative writing. I used to write a lot, but I’ve been lacking inspiration for years. I also took another walk on the beach, and the boys rented surfboards and wetsuits for the freezing cold water. I think they’re insane. Instead, I watched on as one of Matt’s friends fished from a rock overlooking the water. The weather today is cold and cloudy, so we finished off in the hot tub.

Although the day is not nearly over for us, I’m writing this post now. I really appreciate your feedback on my daily blogging so far, and I’d love to hear anything else you would have to say. I hope you enjoy Bryan’s photography!

See you later.

JUMP ON IT

A guy walks past us on the beach after we take these pictures. “Don’t try to play cool now,” he says, “I saw you jumping in the air like cheerleaders a second ago.”

These are so well done! He definitely has a great eye. I love the color tone of the “1970s Fade”, it screams California to me! Did he even have to edit the sunset or Jump on it photos? They’re literally perfect!!! This makes me want to go out and buy a nice camera now lol

Bryan’s photos look great! Is he planning to try to be a professional photographer at all? He should also get an official title like “Natalie’s Awesome Photographer.” 😀
